everyday public relations

There are so many cool things that have come about with new technology. At work we are just being allowed to explore some avenues previously closed to the PR staff….when you work for the state you know…funding is always tight. So now that I am almost settled in I am trying to take my team down some new roads and so far it has really been fun.

As for learning on my own time, I have been busy trying to learn more about what makes a blog sucessful and interesting. I had heard about things like FeedBurner before but was never bold enough to try and use it. Now I don’t know why I waited so long. So many neat and useful features. So if you come by in the next few weeks and you see some changes to Everyday Public Relations, don’t panic! It is just me…learning a little at a time.
